![]() Find Realtek HD Audio Manager and click it to open Realtek HD Audio Manager in Windows 10. In Control Panel window, click Small icons next View by. Right-click Realtek High Definition Audio, and click Uninstall device. Expand Sound, video and game controllers in the list. Press Windows + X, and select Device Manager to open Device Manager in Windows 10. Reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager from Device Manager. It blows me away that Realtek doesn’t fix this problem.
